Where does China fit into Bible prophecy? Some Bible scholars claim to know the answer to this.
A number of Bible scholars (1, 2, 3) argue that China is included in the “kings of the east” attacking Israel (Revelation 16, Zechariah 14). The final battle, called Armageddon, ends with Christ’s Second Coming and His fighting for Israel (Revelation 19:11-18).
Some point to a more optimistic prophecy concerning China (1, 2, 3). Viewing Isaiah’s prophecy concerning Sinim to be China, the prophet suggests the nation will open its borders and that salvation will come to its people (Isaiah 49:10-12).
